1. General Policy

At Contamax LLC, we aim to provide high-quality shipping containers and professional customer service.
All sales and rental transactions are final once the product has been delivered, except as stated under the conditions below.

Refunds or returns are only applicable in cases of:

  • Proven product defects or damages during delivery, or

  • Incorrect items delivered due to our error.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Return

To qualify for a refund or return:

  • The customer must inspect the container upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage or error to our delivery team.

  • The issue must be reported to our support team at info@contamaxllc.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The container must remain unused and in the same condition as received.

  • All original documents, invoices, and photos of the issue must be provided for verification. 

Please note: Containers that have been used, modified, relocated, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund with 5 days


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Custom-modified containers or special-order designs.

  • Containers sold “as-is” or under clearance pricing.

  • Delivery, handling, and setup charges.

  • Rental containers after the start of the rental period.

These items are excluded from refunds unless proven defective upon delivery.


4. Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total order value to cover administrative and logistic costs.

  • Once a container has been dispatched or loaded for delivery, cancellation requests are not eligible for full refunds.

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

For partial refunds or adjustments, the refund amount will reflect the value of the approved claim only.


6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

If a container arrives defective or incorrect:

  • We may offer a replacement unit of the same type or similar specifications.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and location logistics.

  • Replacement delivery timelines will be communicated promptly after approval.


7. Damaged or Defective Containers

If your container arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the damaged area.

  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will investigate and, if confirmed, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation.


8. Refunds for Rental Containers

For rentals:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid charges.

  • Rental fees already paid for delivered containers are non-refundable.

  • Additional rental or pickup fees apply if the container is not available for collection on the agreed date.


9. Disputes and Exceptions

Contamax LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a refund or return if the product has been misused or altered.

  • Deduct delivery, handling, and administrative costs from any approved refund.

  • Request inspection before approving a return or exchange claim.

All decisions regarding refunds or exchanges are made at the sole discretion of Contamax LLC.
