We currently offer delivery of containers throughout the continental United States.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

For specific regional availability or delivery restrictions, please contact our team before placing an order.


2. Delivery Scheduling

  • Delivery dates are scheduled upon confirmation of payment and order details.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the type of container ordered.

  • You will receive a delivery confirmation email or call with your estimated delivery date and contact details of our logistics partner.


3. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • All delivery and handling costs are clearly displayed during checkout or on your official quote/invoice.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location, container size, and accessibility.

  • There are no hidden or additional fees beyond what is agreed upon before order confirmation.

We value transparency — the price you see is the price you pay.


4. Delivery Process

Our delivery includes:

  • Professional Transport: Containers are transported by certified and experienced drivers using specialized vehicles.

  • Safe Placement: We ensure millimeter-accurate positioning of your container at the designated site.

  • Personal Handover: Our delivery staff will inspect and hand over the unit to ensure it’s ready for immediate use.

Customers must ensure that the delivery site is accessible, level, and safe for heavy vehicle entry.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all containers on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Vehicle or equipment availability

  • Site inaccessibility or incorrect delivery information

In such cases, we will promptly notify you and reschedule your delivery at the earliest possible date.


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, inaccessible site, or absence of the receiver, a redelivery fee may apply.
Please ensure that your site is ready to accept the container on the scheduled date.


7. Damaged Containers Upon Delivery

We take every precaution to ensure that containers arrive safely.
Upon receiving your container:

  • Inspect it immediately for any damage or discrepancies.

  • If damage is observed, report it immediately to the driver and contact our support team at info@contamaxllc.com within 24 hours.

We will review the issue and arrange for repair, replacement, or compensation where applicable.


8. Shipping for Rentals

For rental containers:

  • Delivery and pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance.

  • Rental charges begin upon delivery and continue until the container is collected.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the container is empty and accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.

Additional charges may apply for delays or failed pickup attempts.


9. Order Tracking

Once your container has been dispatched, we provide:

  • Tracking updates or direct communication from our delivery team.

  • Estimated delivery date and contact information of the assigned driver or logistics partner.
